Susan Sears
President
As president of InView Communications, Susan Sears provides senior-level counseling, strategy and project oversight for the company's clients. Her diverse background includes expertise in communications strategy, crisis communications, media relations, public affairs, high-profile events and social media.
She has spoken internationally on a variety of topics and has been quoted as an expert in news stories appearing in media outlets such as the New York Times, Washington Post, CNN and Readers Digest. Her industry background includes experience in telecommunications, wireless, broadband, retail, and banking.
Prior to founding the agency, Sears was Public Relations Director for AT&T, where she was responsible for the implementation of strategic public relations initiatives, including media relations, corporate positioning, marketing support, special events, employee information, public policy, community relations and corporate philanthropy.
As AT&T's Corporate Telework Director, Sears created, directed and promoted telework programs both internally and externally. She led the company's first nationwide AT&T Employee Telework Day, as well as the award-winning Telecommute America, a national telework week, which garnered 600 million media impressions worldwide.
Sears earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Arizona State University with a major in Advertising. She has received numerous awards for her innovation, commitment, and dedication to communications excellence.
