Joe Ricciardi

Senior Director

Joe Ricciardi brings 19 years of strategic communications experience ranging from integrated communications programs to employee communications. Ricciardi provides strategic direction and support to InView’s clients and staff.

Prior to joining InView, Ricciardi was the Director of Global Communications for Etelecare Global Solutions, a business process outsourcer with operations in four countries. In this role, he created and led the company’s global employee communications team and also provided strategic counsel and support to external communications. His industry background includes experience in BPO, broadband, and digital television technologies as well as the education and automotive industry sectors.

Prior to Etelecare, Ricciardi led communications teams for Universal Technical Institute, Cox Communications and General Motors. He graduated from Arizona State University with an MBA and earned his undergraduate degree in Journalism from Central Michigan University.
