Life Certain Wealth Strategies (LCWS) is an independent financial planning firm in Denver. Established in 2003, LCWS provides comprehensive solutions for local clients with more than $250,000 in investments. In late 2007, the economy was already beginning to show signs of weakness, impacting the personal finances of many Americans, particularly those who were near retirement. It was clear to LCWS that clients and consumers in general were getting 'caught up in the hype' and were often misinformed about market trends and news. LCWS wanted to help current and potential clients understand what they could do to take control of their investments in a difficult economy.

InView developed and implemented a strategic communications program to raise awareness of, and interest in, the firm’s value, philosophy and financial planning services.  

Results:

InView exceeded all plan objectives and delivered the following results: Placed 23 positive news stories; boosted LCWS web traffic and readership by 72 percent; grew the customer base as a direct result of the media coverage; and generated a 2,400 percent ROI on the firm's PR investment.
