InView Communications Names Diane Amdur Senior Account Executive

DENVER, January 1, 2011 - InView Communications, a full-service public relations firm with offices in Denver and Phoenix, hired Diane Amdur, formerly a senior counselor with JohnstonWells Public Relations, as senior account executive.
Amdur brings more than 20 years of public relations experience specializing in strategic planning, brand and corporate positioning, business-to-business outreach and media relations. As senior account executive, she will develop and manage comprehensive programs for InView's global clients.
"Diane has a unique agency and consultant perspective with experience in many industries, from professional services to consumer, healthcare and entrepreneurial," said Susan Sears, firm president. "We are excited to have her join our team and enhance our firm's expertise."
Prior to starting with InView, Amdur was a senior counselor for JohnstonWells Public Relations for eight years (2005-2010 and 1993-1996), where she led regional and national accounts and provided counseling in planning, media relations, product launches and crisis communications. Between stints with JohnstonWells, Amdur was an independent consultant, helping local organizations, retailers, authors and entrepreneurs reach multiple targeted audiences through small-business strategies.
Before relocating to Denver, Amdur worked in Chicago for GolinHarris, as well as for Public Communications Inc. Amdur volunteers her time with several community organizations, including the Tuberous Sclerosis Alliance. She has a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
