It has fresh and interesting content that people immediately want to share with their friends and family, and it ties what you see in the video to the company that sponsored it (in this case Samsung). With over 12 million views and several follow up videos, the 'Extreme Shepherding' video has more than paid off in marketing value than what Samsung contributed to make it happen.
