A good newsroom will include the following items, media contact information, including email and phone numbers, an informative, well organized company fact sheet, the latest news releases, a photo/video/audio gallery, a blog, an RSS feed, recent media stories featuring your company and bios on key executives.
Providing this key information to journalists makes it easier for them to gather basic data about your company, but don’t use your news room as a substitute for actual media support.
